Return & Refund Policy
All products in our store are made to order and custom-printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at diederick@vanestrading.com Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Wrong item received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days and we will make it right at no extra cost to you.
Lost orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate and send a replacement if necessary.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. A new order will need to be placed at your expense.
Color variations
Please be aware that slight color variations between your screen and the printed product are normal due to differences in monitor calibration and the printing process. These variations are not considered defects.
