Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Let The Mug Talk! Because all our mugs are made-to-order and custom printed, please read this shipping policy carefully.

Production Time

All mugs are personalized and printed on demand through our production partner. After your order is placed, your mug enters our production process. Production typically takes 2–4 business days before your order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Delivery Times

Delivery times below are averages and are calculated from the moment your order leaves our production facility. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Netherlands & Belgium

  • Economy Shipping: 4–5 business days after production
  • Express Shipping: 3–4 business days after production

Rest of Europe

  • Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days after production
  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days after production

International (outside Europe)

  • Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days after production

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at diederick@vanestrading.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Please include your order number and a photo of the damage (if applicable) and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Fulfilment Partner

Our orders are produced and fulfilled by Gelato, an international print-on-demand fulfillment partner with production facilities worldwide. Gelato is responsible for printing and dispatching your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your order details (such as your shipping address and product specifications) will be shared with Gelato for fulfillment purposes.
